CANCELLATION POLICY
To reserve your color or extension appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking, whether over the phone or online. This deposit secures your appointment and allows us to dedicate the necessary time and resources to your service.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
